Rules & Regulations
- 01. The registration & Participation fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.
- 02. Cubes for the attempt will be provided by ICA. Participants need not carry their own cubes.
- 03. If the participant misses being present as per the given schedule, no other time slot will be given. Please be present at the venue as per your attempt & prize distribution time.
- 04. Kindly provide the seats to the next participants after your attempt is complete. Please do not occupy the seats when your child is not attempting.
- 05. The cubes will be scrambled using a professional scrambler.
- 06. Every participant will be given just one attempt per cube.
- 07. Parents will compete only for 3x3x3 cube.
- 08. All participants need to compulsorily carry their Aadhar card & present it as and when required.
- 09. Any participant unable to completely solve the cube will be declared as Did Not Finish (DNF).
- 10. In case of pop-out, participants under 8 years of age will be assisted by the Arbiter. Participants above 8 years need to fix the cube by themselves.
- 11. The decision of ICA officials will be considered final under all circumstances.
- 12. Aspirants of the Youngest and Oldest award title need to present their Aadhar Card Hard copy for verification at the venue. Digital copies will NOT be considered.
- 13. Results will be announced according to age groups.
- 14. Top three winners in each age group will be awarded Trophies as per their cube timings. The descending 33% of participants will be presented with the Versatile Gold Medalist award, the next 33% of participants will be presented with the Versatile Silver Medalist award, and the last 33% of participants will be presented with the Versatile Bronze Medalist award.
- 15. ICA t-shirt is compulsory for ICA contestants.
- 16. Kindly collect your scorecard & token before reaching the attempt area.
- 17. The score-card & tokens need to be submitted to the arbiter after the attempt is complete.
- 18. For any queries, kindly contact the Grievance & Inquiry counter.
- 19. If any Trophy/medal winner is not available while the results are announced, additional courier charges will be applicable for special arrangements. Any international winners requesting courier service for their prizes, have to bear the necessary charges.
- 20. Kindly present the Gate Pass at the Mall entrance if requested.
- 21. Wearing a mask is mandatory. Stay safe.
